Immediate Start

A young, dynamic international medical congress organisation seeks an employee to join the Congress & Travel team.

This position involves:
  • Organisation and management of flight and hotel bookings
  • Handling of Visa application processes
  • Booking of transfers and shuttle services
  • Administration and assistance of internal and external meetings
  • Very good English and German skills in speaking and writing, other languages would be beneficial
  • Experience in the congress and tourism industry
  • Knowledge of flight booking systems and software would be an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills for Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Customer focus, accuracy, stress resistance
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team as well as independently
The CIRSE offers:

  • Starting salary of €1,800 gross with the view to increase based on the qualification and experience of the candidate
  • Travel opportunities (2-3 times annually)
